Beiter Winder Profi The ultimate serving tool for the serious angler. The Beiter Winder Profi has stainless steel parts, designed to give the tool maximum weight and inertia for serving leaders 50lb and above. The stainless parts interchange with high-impact plastic, making the tool ideal for serving leaders 20-40lb. The Winder has an easy clip-in system for the thread, fine adjustable drag, and quick-change serving spools. Beiter Winder Lite Kit The Beiter Winder Lite Kit contains four high-impact plastic parts designed to change the Profi serving tool into a light-line serving bobbin. One side-screw is removed from the bobbin, allowing the stainless rollers to swap out in seconds. Along with the plastic end lugs, the Winder weight is decreased for proper tension using lightweight spectra threads. Also included is a spare industry-standard jig spool for loading your preferred serving thread.
BCY Bearpaw Serving Tool The BCY Bearpaw Serving Tool is a compact serving bobbin designed to whip wind-on connections. It has slotted steel rollers for easy string entry, and adjustable tension control. The Bearpaw has a plastic case and can be ordered with an empty jig spool by clicking on the item#. Not recommended for light line serving.
Spectra Serving Threads These industry-standard jig spools of serving thread fit the Beiter or Bearpaw tools, and can be interchanged. Three different weight threads are available. Light thread for 20-50lb mono, medium thread for 60-400lb mono, and heavy thread for 500-600lb mono. Available in white or green; one spool serves over 200 leaders.
Seal-Tite Serving Wax Seal-Tite is a silicone-based waterproof serving wax designed for high tension connections. Lubricates and strengthens serving life. Once applied, Seal-Tite serving wax will remain pliable under all weather conditions. 1oz tube will wax 1000 serves.
Marlow Whipping Twine Marlow Whipping Twine is a superior waxed whipping material which lays evenly, packing down to ensure trouble-free flow through rod guides or rollers. If you're making half-hitched serves, Marlow twine is the best material you can use. One spool will serve over 200 leaders.
